The Hero's Journey

This past weekend we discovered a truly inspiring film called Finding Joe, which is based on the philosophy of acclaimed mythologist Joseph Campbell. 

This must-see film explores the stages of "the hero's journey" and provides the viewer with an opportunity to explore their own journey toward living a fully realized life. One of the themes of the film is that without death there is no transformation.  Something old has to go for something new to be born. So we must learn to keep dying to our current form because it's the death of a form that has no value anymore. What needs to die in order for you to accept the adventure that is calling you?
