How Rich Are You?

If you make $26,000/yr. that puts you in the top 10% of income earners in the world. 

Most of us in America would have a hard time viewing ourselves as rich, regardless of how much we earn because we have been programmed since childhood with messages that say we need bigger, better, more. 

We gauge our wealth/worth by comparing ourselves to people that have more than us, which leaves us feeling poor. The truth is that we are some of the most blessed people on the earth.

The authors of the site hope it will help people realize that they are in the privileged minority, and with that knowledge they hope people will be inspired to use their fortune to do good in the world.  

My actuary (math genius) husband swears they should include cost of living in these calculations to be more accurate since it's so crazy expensive to live in California!!! Regardless, we're all still blessed beyond measure.
